About the
Chief Trainer
Mr. Rahul Menon is a distinguished academic specialist and political enthusiast, celebrated for his ability to simplify complex global and political issues, making them accessible and engaging for diverse audiences. With extensive expertise in public speaking, international relations, and career counseling, he has collaborated with some of the most prestigious institutions across India, inspiring and guiding thousands of students.
With over a decade and a half of experience as a seasoned trainer, his influence extends far beyond conventional boundaries. His expertise has garnered him invitations to prestigious platforms such as the W20, where he has shared his insights as a speaker under the auspices of the G20. With experience of a decade training students from reputed institutions such as KIIT Bhubaneswar, The Lawrence School, Sanawar and The Scindia School among others, his students have secured internships with UNICEF, SAARC, reputed law firms, while others have gained admissions at prestigious universities such as Caltech, London School of Economics, UCLA and more.
He was also invited as a guest lecturer by the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre, Shri Ram College of Commerce under the UGC (University Grants Commission), to speak to Delhi University (DU) and other college faculty on the topic "MUN and their relevance in the classroom".

Climate Justice Summit 2025
Climate Justice Summit 2025, held on 19 April 2025 at the India International Centre in New Delhi, brought together youth changemakers, policy experts and practitioners to advance climate justice as a shared mission. The one-day summit featured dynamic expert panel discussions, a youth engagement dialogue and concrete policy presentations for year-long implementation.
Esteemed speakers included Ambassador Manjeev Singh Puri, Dr. Archana Singh, Dr. Namita Wahi, Ms. Seema Joshi and Mr. Rahul Menon, with guidance from Senior Advisor Jasteena Dhillon. The event was covered by OneIndia and convened in collaboration with UN SDSN Youth Nigeria, Global Shapers Gurugram (under the aegis of WEF), Project CLAP and WICCI, collectively inspiring the next generation to think critically, act responsibly and drive systemic change.

Trained a South Asian team that won the UNHCR MUN Refugee Challenge amongst more than 20,000 participants.

Ms. Garima Rajpal participated in a closed-room meeting at WISCOMP, which was held on the topic 'Mediation and Doing Things Differently: Converting Challenges into Opportunities'.
Triple-Segmented Summer Camp
Organized a Triple-Segmented Summer Camp with two online segments in collaboration with UNODC and WICCI.
Climate Justice Summit 2025
Organized the Climate Justice Summit 2025 at the India International Center New Delhi in collaboration with UN SDSN Youth Nigeria, Global Shapers Gurugram (under the World Economic Forum), WICCI, Project CLAP which was graced by eminent personalities like Amb. Manjeev Singh Puri, Dr. Archana Singh, Dr. Namita Wahi, Ms. Seema Joshi Arya, DCP KPS Malhotra. Selected students were offered internships by partnering organizations based on their policy recommendations.
